Plan Administration

At Donley & Company, Inc., we believe that effective administration is critical to the establishment of a Premier benefit plan.  Here are some of the ways we make it work—

Enrollment forms are custom-designed to your group’s specific coverage needs.  Multiple coverage options (both self-funded and fully-insured) are dealt with on one form, so the process of enrolling for coverage is less time-consuming.

I.D. cards are custom-designed as well, incorporating your own company stock/ink colors and logo(s), if desired, so as to further reinforce the idea that this is an employment-related benefit plan.  Combination I.D. cards are available so that all coverage information (e.g. medical, dental, Rx) are contained on one card—no more fumbling for the right I.D. card!

Great care is taken to make sure that the enrollment information is entered correctly and that any dependents to be covered have their dependency status verified before being accepted into the plan, rather than when a claim is first submitted.  Duplicate I.D. cards are no problem!  Since we prepare them right in our office, they can be sent out the same day they are requested.

COBRA and HIPAA administration is both easy and comprehensive.  You simply notify us of a qualifying event, and we take it from there.  We also calculate annually the COBRA premium rates to be applied to your group at no additional cost.
