Donley and Company, Inc. is now accepting electronic claim data from our trading partners. All files must follow a strict naming convention and be encrypted using PGP encryption.
Getting Started

Contact our Director of EDI to exchange Sender/Receiver IDs, user id, password and Donley’s public PGP key.
Data Files and Naming Standards
All electronic claim data must be received in the HIPAA compliant X12N 837-4010A claim format. Filenames consist of the file type (HC or UB), the current date (mmddyyyy) and Sender’s ID. All files must be ASCII text before encryption.
