As a privately-held Indiana corporation, we are primarily engaged in providing claims and administrative services to self-funded employee benefit plans. We were one of the first organizations in the country to offer a viable self-funded product alternative for our small group clients, an area where we continue to demonstrate leadership.  Since 1976, we have been involved in the design, implementation and administration of self-funded ERISA welfare benefit plans, and we are committed to maintaining our position as a recognized leader and innovator in this rapidly changing market. 

Over the years, we have forged relationships with employers ranging from large multi-national corporations covering thousands of individuals to single-location groups with as few as 10 employees.  We are privileged to serve many prominent firms throughout Indiana and the Midwest, including having served as the exclusive administrator of sponsored insurance products for the Indiana CPA Society. Our philosophy throughout has been to offer the utmost in personal service and attention to detail, while maintaining our core beliefs of honesty, integrity and fair-dealing.  In our view, each customer is of equal importance, and is entitled to the highest level of competence and service we have to offer.  This is our duty, and an obligation we take very seriously.
